Course Description

The study of Infectious Disorders is in many ways a study of discernment: Self from non-Self, individual microbes from the microbiome, with isolation of factors that have become co-joined. In Advanced Infectious Disorders, Level 2 we continue our investigation of viruses, including evaluation and treatment of their effect on the endothelium:

Vascular endothelium: Relationship to atherosclerosis, cholesterol, hypertension and leaky vessel syndrome

Endothelial regulation of bone growth, rebuilding and development, restoration of electrical conductivity through bone and ligaments

Neural endothelium: Effect on glial cells and the Blood Brain Barrier, diabetic neuropathy, and ‘Waking up from loss of Sensation’

Visceral endothelium: Restoring kidney perfusion, regulation of liver detoxification, restoring electrolyte balance after trauma

We also investigate the evaluation and treatment of telomeres and telomerase on aging and degenerative diseases.
